Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Book Tower. We are dedicated to getting your books to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Processing & Posting Times

We aim to post all orders within 2-3 working days of the order being placed.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

3. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard UK Shipping: £3.95

• Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 days after dispatch

4. Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery for book lovers within our designated Birmingham delivery zone.

• Eligibility: Local delivery is exclusively available for addresses within the following postcodes: B13, B14, and B30.

• Minimum Order: Local delivery is only available on orders of £20 or more. Orders under £20 must be shipped via Standard Shipping or collected in-store.

• Cost: Free

• Delivery Schedule: Local deliveries are made on [Days of the week]. We will contact you via text or email to notify you on the day of our arrival.

5. Click & Collect

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at The Book Tower.

• How it works: After placing your order and selecting "Click & Collect" at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 24 hours. .

• Notification: We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

• Pickup Location: 14 Poplar Road 

• Pickup Hours: Tuesday - Friday 10am - 5pm 

Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID when you come to collect your books.
